Zhejiang mold factory is a specified vitalization enterprise approved by the State council and the only manufacturer of large-size precision injection mold in country.The factory undertakes the projects of large-size injection mold manufacturing under “eighth-five” “Ninty-five”plans and the national “Double Increase”.The factory was placed on the project of important technical transformation (Double-high one excellent)and has formed the national manufacture centre of plastics mold.She had through the authentication of ISO9001.
     There are 1080 staff members in the factory including 365 technical personnel.The factory introduced over 100 sets of advanced equipment from the U.S.A、Europe、Japan、Taiwan and so on,among which there are CAD/CAE/CAM systems、CNC machines、EDM、250T Die and spotting Press and 60~20000g series of injection machines.The factory has great ability to manufacture large-size 、precision molds weighing up to 50 tons and providing the customers with service such as developing new sets products and produces both injection molds and plastics parts by the advanced and over ten years experience of CAD/CAM/CAE design and developing in country.Special the level of design and manufacturing the molds of automobile、motorcycle、Plastics Product for family、lampand house machines approachs the international standard.Now the factory is the leader of mold-producing in country in terms of productivity、sales volume and technical level.The bumper and instrument panel of AUDI、BUICK、TOYATA and tubs of washing machines were commented on the new national product.She has won over 100 wards at international and provincial level for the manufacturing of molds for 25’and 29’TV sets、air-conditioners、tubs of washing machines、seat back panel for AUDI cars、bumpers and instrument panels for ISUZU automobiles、VCD and motor.
