Predecessor founded in 1978, start to run by a small workshop. 

Established Huangyan Agricultural Machinery Mould Repair Factory in 1981. 

 Rename to Huangyan Plastic Mould Factory in 1982. 

Rename to Local State-run Huangyan Plastic Mould Factory in 1987. Carry out ”Moulds lead plastics, plastics feed Moulds”. 

1990 to 1995 proceed “Eighth Five” National key technical renovation projects- Automotive plastic moulds localization instead of importing. 

Titled by”Zhejiang Mould Factory” in 1990. 

 In 1990’brought in advanced CNC machines and CAD/CAM software, greatly changed the capability of mould design and mould manufacturing in Huangyan mould industry.Meanwhile sent technicists to USA、JAPAN、SPAIN、German to train and study, introduce experts to make on-site training courses. 

1996-2000 proceed National key technical transformation project "Double increase" under "ninty-five" plans. 

2001-2005 proceed National key technical transformation project "Double-high one excellent" under "fifteen". 

 2005 finished the moving to 200 danbos new factory from 25danbos old factory, a very big advancing step.

Through a lot of technical improvement projects investment, bringing in new equipments,personels, software, became technology-based enterprise which contains mould and plastic product design and manufacturing.

 Listed as National major support High-tech enterprise in 2010. 

 Eliminate old equipment, invest 40,000,000RMB bringing in complete set of mould processing equipment, injection equipment and testing equipment in the end of 2014 .
